  • School leaders (Superintendents, Principals, Site Supervisors) and Behavior Analysts are encouraged to leave a message on the Contact Us page.

    An EdbeeConsultant will promptly be in touch to answer any questions you may have and will respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 business hours to determine a time for the free 30-minute consultation.

  • EdBeeConsultants are credentialed through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB®) and through state licensure. EdBeeConsultants believe in providing equitable services by collaborating with school teams, empowering educators through side-by-side coaching, and facilitating meaningful professional development workshops.

  • Yes. All services are available remotely if preferred.

  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a systematic approach for influencing socially important behavior through the identification of reliably related environmental variables and the production of behavior change techniques that make use of those findings (BACB, 2016).

    Using ABA in public schools can improve the educational performance of students and directly result in positive outcomes for students with a wide range of behavioral and educational needs. The science of behavior analysis has been shown to be effective in addressing a wide range of issues pertinent to public school education including training and classwide interventions.

  • Coaching Program Level 1 is a 3-month program with 2hrs of PD. Coaching Program Level 2 is a 6-month program with 6hrs of PD.

  • Practice-based coaching is the primary model. Practice-based coaching includes focused observations, reflection and feedback, shared goals and action planning, and collaborative partnerships.

  • While there are several PD topics we recommend to ensure all staff members have similar foundational knowledge, we welcome schools to request professional development topics that are a need for your group. We are able to develop individualized PD based on each partnership.

  • No. EdBee Mentorship is specifically for individuals who already have their BCBA certification and who primarily work in school settings.

  • All services include remote and in-person components. That is, some components (one-on-one meetings) may be virtual and other components (coaching) may be in-person. The modality of EdBee Services is deemed by the preference of our school partner.

  • All mentorship sessions occur remotely.
