Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a systematic approach for influencing socially important behavior through the identification of reliably related environmental variables and the production of behavior change techniques that make use of those findings (BACB, 2016).

Using ABA in public schools can improve the educational performance of students and directly result in positive outcomes for students with a wide range of behavioral and educational needs. The science of behavior analysis has been shown to be effective in addressing a wide range of issues pertinent to public school education including training and classwide interventions.

Coaching Program Level 1 is a 3-month program with 2hrs of PD. Coaching Program Level 2 is a 6-month program with 6hrs of PD.

Practice-based coaching is the primary model. Practice-based coaching includes focused observations, reflection and feedback, shared goals and action planning, and collaborative partnerships.

While there are several PD topics we recommend to ensure all staff members have similar foundational knowledge, we welcome schools to request professional development topics that are a need for your group. We are able to develop individualized PD based on each partnership.

No. EdBee Mentorship is specifically for individuals who already have their BCBA certification and who primarily work in school settings.

All services include remote and in-person components. That is, some components (one-on-one meetings) may be virtual and other components (coaching) may be in-person. The modality of EdBee Services is deemed by the preference of our school partner.
